How often will I receive my honey?
Your honey will ship every 3 months on the first week of the month! You'll get a reminder it's about to ship if you need to make changes to your account, and tracking info once it hits the mail. Here's a nifty blog that gives a bit more details.
How large are the jars of honey?
Season 1 from Boston Honey Company will be 3 jars of honey that are 5.5 oz each.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your honey ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
We've got a handy form for that!
What do I make with the honey?
Explore our evolving Home Plates! We love a post-game sweet treat, or a recovery day with tea. Do you have an idea for a great recipe? Drop us a line!
Can I gift an Outfield Apiaries subscription?
Yes! We're working on a gift option. As the bees connect the back-end, drop us a line and we'll coordinate.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Unfortunately not yet. We'll make a big to do when our bees are strong enough to cross international borders!
How do you source your honey?
We work with small, family-owned apiaries across the US who are obsessed with their bees and their health to source the best honey you could only find at local farmers markets.
