Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Oat Flour

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds

  • 2 Large Lemons- Zest Only


The Wet:

  • 2 Tbsp Season 1 Basswood Honey

  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt

  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract


The Fold-In:

  • 3 Egg Whites - Whipped with Peaks

  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries


SAUCE RECIPE:

  • 2 Tbsp Season 1 Basswood Honey

  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Lemon- Juiced

  • 2 Tbsp raw blueberries

Preparation

Add The Wet ingredients to The Dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add the Fold-In ingredients, and "fold in" to the batter. Cook until golden brown in a waffle iron.


Combine all sauce ingredients and mix in a blender 1-2 minutes.

Store in refrigerator to chill before serving.
