Preparation
Prep your board by placing the largest items on the board first (wheel of brie, smaller bowls of honey and spreads).
Add your cheeses - they can be cut into cubes or as whole blocks. If you're serve as whole blocks, make sure you provide easy ways to cut and serve
Fold your meats to make them easy to nab and layer in
Finish with finding spots your fruits and nuts
